Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they had a heavy smell of cleaner. The location was excellent for exploring the city and visiting breweries, but the room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The dining experience was nice, although parking was a challenge.
The hotel is conveniently attached to the restaurant, making it great for small to medium-sized groups. The room was comfy but a bit small, limiting movement space. The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was ideal for our needs, close to major highways and offering great dining options. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices available. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor space constraints.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had wood floors, which was a major plus, and they were VERY clean but quite TINY. However, I noticed it was a bit cleaner on my second night. The service staff told me I wouldn't get BW reward credits because I used AAA-Booking; they were somewhat indifferent, not accommodating initially but eventually handled the situation like professionals. On the bright side, they were so friendly and welcoming. The location was good, close to the University Mall and the Interstate, but the room felt a bit chaotic and small for the number of people. The dining experience needed a different and better-cooked menu with new toasters. Despite this, it was comfortable, and they had an extensive offering of items. Unfortunately, among the negatives, I was disappointed in the minimal reduction of rates for medical procedures performed at the UVM medical center.
I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The rooms were immaculate, and the staff was very polite and efficient. The location was convenient, close to many attractions. The dining options were available and satisfactory. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel had some positives like being attached to the restaurant for small/medium-sized groups and providing a throw rug in the room, but the noise proximity to the bed made it difficult to sleep. The absence of wall-to-wall carpeting was unique but not ideal.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean, but they felt a bit cramped and lacked convenient outlets. The service was mostly excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, although one employee was a bit unwelcoming. The location was central to many attractions and easy to find off the highway, but it was overcrowded during peak hours. The dining options were very good overall, although on one occasion, they closed early for a private event.
